Q. How much does it cost?Shipping costs are determined in real time based on the items in your cart and the shipping methods you choose.
Q. How quickly will it arrive?Most orders will ship within two business days. The amount of time it takes to get your orders once they have shipped depends on the shipping method you have selected.
Sermon CDs and Tapes are produced to order once a week on Sundays only. Depending on the date the order is placed, orders could take up to 10 days to ship. To receive your sermons faster you may select Will Call and pick up CDs and Tapes at the church on weekends immediately following the Saturday service, or Sundays from 8am to 1pm in the Worship Center Lobby Media Resource Center.
Q. Can I track my order?
LAC ships using both the US Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. When we ship an order you will be notified via e-mail. When an order ships using FedEx, the notification will usually include your tracking number. To view the status of unshipped orders, see the "Order/Billing History" section of your account page.
